Shipping Policy

Our logistics hub is situated in Hong Kong. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and handling fees. While we understand that international taxes can be frustrating, we are unable to avoid them. We appreciate your understanding.
 

As soon as we receive your payment, we will dispatch your order within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Canceling Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled since it will already be on its way to our fulfillment center. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for personal reasons, such as a change of heart or ordering the incorrect item.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you encounter any issues with the product's functionality within 7 days of receiving it, please contact us with photographic evidence, and we will exchange the product. Please note that we are unable to provide full refunds, and can only offer exchanges.

We only accept exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. The manufacturer provides a warranty for this product, which is free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the original invoice date, under normal residential use and conditions. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

**WARRANTY LIMITATIONS**

Please note that this warranty does not cover the following:

1. Any damage resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.
3. Damages incurred during transportation.
4. Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
5. Any used or previously displayed items.

 

CLAIM PROCEDURES:

1) Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 7 calendar days after the merchandise is received


2)  Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging


3) We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field


4) Pictures & Videos are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice


5) If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
 

6) Please provide the information that we requested for the claim procedure, including any relevant videos or images. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to process your claim.
